QC Engineer - Production (Sheet Metal)

📋 Description

• Hands-on QC role on shop floor for sheet metal products
• Inspect, measure, approve, and document quality data
• Develop formats, SOPs, sampling plans, rejection analysis
• Strengthen QC systems with CAPA processes
• Collaborate with operators, production teams, and leadership
• Focus on incoming, in-process, and final inspections

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years QC in manufacturing
• Sheet metal, stainless steel, cookware/kitchenware experience
• Hands-on with calipers, micrometers, gauges
• AQL sampling, CAPA knowledge
• ISO 9001 quality management familiarity
• Diploma/BS in Mechanical/Production Eng or related
