📋 Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global training strategy aligned with cell therapy programs
- Build role-specific onboarding, certification, and continuous learning pathways for Medical
- Independently create high-quality training content while managing external vendors and resources.
- Develop and deliver training covering disease states, unmet medical needs, CAR T product design and
- Plan and facilitate virtual and onsite onboarding, certification, and refresher programs for field
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, CMC, Regulatory, Quality
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree required, such as APN, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5 years in Medical Affairs leadership or Medical Training roles.
- Direct experience in cell therapy and/or gene therapy strongly preferred.
- Experience in neuroscience, neurology, and/or immunology strongly preferred.
- Experience launching advanced therapies strongly preferred.
