Target2 Process Owner

📋 Description

• Lead operational setup for direct TARGET2 participation.
• Establish payment ops for SCT/SCT Inst recalls, inquiries, issues.
• Own SWIFT inquiries and ISO 20022 messaging flows.
• Define RTGS payment processes and monitoring.
• Operate T2 GUI and U2A/A2A for tracking and liquidity.
• Maintain TARGET infrastructure data, roles, certs, and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in payment ops in banking/EMI/PSP.
• Hands-on with SEPA SCT/SCT Inst and TARGET services.
• Experience in investigations, recalls, refunds, exceptions.
• Knowledge of SWIFT/ISO 20022: MT199/MT999/pacs/camt/pain.
• Experience with T2 GUI, CRDM, reconciliation, liquidity tools.
• Ability to design SOPs, four-eyes, escalation, audit evidence.
