Site Process Safety Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and improve site process safety systems
• Lead safe process design reviews for new products/processes
• Chair and document HAZOPs, LOPA, and risk assessments
• Perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews for new/modified facilities
• Ensure compliance with COMAH, ATEX, IEC 61508/61511, and PSM
• Engage MOC and control changes affecting safety and environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Chemical/Process/Mechanical Eng or related field
• Minimum 5 years in process safety and EHS leadership
• Strong knowledge of HAZOP, LOPA, ATEX, COMAH, IEC 61508/61511
• Experience with construction/capital projects in regulated environments
• Ability to review method statements, risk assessments, and permits-to-work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
