• Lead Technician role building first aircraft and defining manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production for scalable prototypes.
• Transform engineering intent into flight-ready hardware and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years aerospace manufacturing/prototype experience.
• Extensive aircraft structural assembly experience.
• Advanced composites experience (wet layup, repairs).
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• DFM feedback and mentoring experience.
• U.S. Security Clearance eligibility.
