📋 Description

• Develop tactical autonomy software for unmanned platforms across air, land, sea, and space
• Implement and test multi-agent coordination, target engagement, reconnaissance
• Work through requirements to validation across the software lifecycle
• Champion product-line mindset for reusable behaviors
• Architect scalable behavioral subsystems interfacing with sensors, state estimation, comms
• Collaborate with internal/external teams; travel up to 20% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Proficient in production-level C++ software
• 7+ years in software sub-systems, motion planning, or flight controls
• Experience with version control, issue tracking, code reviews, release management
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage full lifecycles
• Capacity to mentor junior engineers and work in a collaborative environment
