Job Description
📋 Description
- Design, install, maintain IBM z/OS mainframe networking infra.
- Administer VTAM, TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, TLS/AT-TLS, DNS, OSA-Express.
- Lead Connect (NDM) software maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide escalation for complex mainframe networking issues (CICS, DB2, MQ, JES2).
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using IPCS and packet tracing.
- Monitor performance, plan capacity, tune for SLAs.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Expert in IBM z/OS Communication Server components listed above.
- Strong experience with Connect (NDM), SMP/E, z/OSMF for install/config.
- Fluency in JCL, REXX, CLIST and related scripting/automation.
- Experience troubleshooting in enterprise mainframe environments.
- Knowledge of MQ on z/OS, CICS, DB2; preferred.
