- Support SFCC-based B2C production environments
- Manage order lifecycle, incidents, and escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Drive RCA and preventive actions for recurring issues
- Coordinate with Business/Product/Engineering/Vendor teams
- Maintain incident documentation and SOPs
🎯 Requirements
- SFCC Production Support experience
- Hands-on with B2C Commerce applications
- Strong OMS knowledge (IBM Sterling OMS)
- Order lifecycle, flow, and fulfillment expertise
- Incident Management and Major Incident handling
- Excellent stakeholder communication
