General Description:

We are seeking a proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented Sales Representative/Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account management, as well as a strong track record in promoting highly specialized therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Hematology, Neurology, and Rare Diseases. Experience in product launches is also essential. Additionally, the candidate must possess a deep understanding of the Colombian healthcare market and its key stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, including wholesalers and payers.

• Segment physicians and payers and implement effective negotiation strategies.

• Have an in-depth knowledge of products and associated pathologies to promote them adequately to clients.

• Identify and analyze market needs to quickly adapt to changes in the healthcare environment.

• Collaborate closely with the team, fostering a teamwork atmosphere and contributing to the development of effective and ongoing sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM.

• Previous sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on hematology and oncology.

• Knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system and experience managing accounts, particularly with wholesalers, Oncology Institutions and payers.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to integrate into an already functioning team, collaborating with the medical team as well.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems.

• High adaptability and flexibility in response to changes.

• Own transportation and availability to travel

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:

• Bachelor`s Degree in the following: Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, Sales Management, Pharmacists or Health Care providers such as pharmaceutical chemists and bacteriologists.

• Minimum 7 years of pharma experience

Other Experience:

• Self-management and ability to work independently.

• Proactivity and ability to contribute ideas and creative solutions that align with BeiGene's policies.

• Problem-solving skills to face and overcome challenges.

• Openness to give and receive constructive feedback.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Travel:

• Travel frequently (30% -50% of the time) for meetings with clients and presentations.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Advanced use of Excel for sales tracking, territory management, and data analysis.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems for customer and account management.

• Proficiency in virtual meeting and presentation tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).

• Experience with digital detailing platforms and remote customer engagement tools.

• Ability to analyze sales performance data, prescribing trends, and market insights using reporting tools and dashboards.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, IQVIA reports, or similar).

• Competency in managing customer interactions, call planning, and accounting activities through digital platforms.

• Experience using electronic medical and healthcare information systems relevant to the local market.

• Strong digital communication and collaboration skills using cloud-based platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
