📋 Description
- Design and own the technical architecture of an enterprise-scale, multi-cloud data and analytics
- Own cloud data architecture across Azure and Azure Databricks; lead modernization and migration
- Design governance, security, and compliance strategies for sensitive data (PII/PHI)
- Enable data science and AI/ML capabilities, including model deployment infrastructure and data
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure data
- Support data ingestion, curation, and interoperability across VA source systems
🎯 Requirements
- Experience designing enterprise cloud data architectures in Azure
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML workloads
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization platforms
- Familiarity with AWS data services is a plus in a multi-cloud environment
- Strong background in data governance, security compliance, and federal data standards (FISMA, NIST
- Experience with large-scale data migration and architecture modernization
