Staff Engineer, Survivability (Dallas) (R4607)

📋 Description

• Design and optimize low observable features across airframe
• Model EM signatures using HFSS, CST, Xpatch, SENTRi
• Collaborate with propulsion, avionics, structures, and AI teams
• Lead or support signature testing and evaluations
• Translate threats into survivability features for RCS/thermal/visual observability
• Work with materials scientists on RAM coatings and durability

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in AE, EE, Physics, or related
• 7+ years in LO/survivability engineering
• Proficiency with EM tools: HFSS, CST, Xpatch, SENTRi
• Strong RCS shaping, edge treatments, RAM materials knowledge
• LO testing methods and RCS equipment experience
• RAM coatings and LO trade studies familiarity
