Senior Staff Field Solutions Engineer (R5321)

📋 Description

• Lead X-BAT technical capture for US opportunities
• Serve as primary technical lead for GTM engagements
• Manage proposals, RFIs, briefs, and technical content
• Support early-phase acquisition and concept development
• Collaborate with BD, Engineering, Product, and Ops
• Cross-train in Shield AI products for integrated discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical sales, capture, engineering, or PM in defense/aerospace
• Familiar with US DoW procurement and military structures
• Experience with major defense prime supporting tactical aircraft or Group 4/5 UAS
• Experience interfacing with government/military acquisition stakeholders
• Systems-level understanding of aircraft design, CONOPS
• Bachelor’s in engineering/science
