📋 Description

• Establish and own engineering design standards across programs
• Define best practices for aerospace design and workflows
• Develop standards for CAD usage, drawings, docs and release processes
• Oversee manufacturing & supply chain handoff (EBOM/MBOM)
• Build an engineering excellence framework that scales
• Partner with leadership for consistent ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in aerospace or high-performance hardware design
• Experience with strong engineering standards and rigor
• Broad tech background across mechanical, aerospace, systems
• Experience defining design standards and configuration management
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810, DO-160 and ASME Y14.5
• Ability to influence senior engineers and align teams
