📋 Description

• Own day-to-day success of college/university partners (start with ASU).
• Onboard partners from signed agreement through launch and training.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on commitments on time.
• Build trusted relationships with institutional leaders and teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve partner experience.
• Lead regular partner meetings and provide updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in higher education partnerships, customer success, or program management.
• Experience with colleges/universities; understanding decision processes.
• Strong relationship management and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort in startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience using AI in daily workflow.
