📋 Description

• Lead autonomy engineers across emerging-domain efforts (space, maritime, contested logistics).
• Grow the team: hire, mentor, and develop engineers; manage performance.
• Stand up autonomy on new platforms and missions; define autonomy stack and technical direction.
• Collaborate with platform, Autonomy Capabilities, Perception, and GCS teams; interface with
• Drive program growth from short-term R&D to longer-term programs with scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/EE/ME/Aerospace or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years related experience with a Bachelor's; or 5y with Master; or 4y with PhD; or equivalent.
• 2+ years direct people-management experience.
• Experience building/growing an engineering team and mentoring engineers.
• Direct experience with autonomous unmanned systems and C++ proficiency.
• Proficiency in Linux, embedded systems, and middleware (DDS).
