📋 Description

• Lead all quality activities for a complex aerospace development program from prototype through
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Flight Test, and Program Management to
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary quality team and implement scalable quality systems and risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or related
• 10+ years in aerospace/defense/regulated industries.
• 5+ years leading technical quality organizations.
• Experience with development programs from concept through production transition.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, AS9100, and aerospace manufacturing.
• Root cause investigations, corrective action, risk management, and reliability analyses experience.
