- Lead materials planning for development programs
- Coordinate with Eng, PM, Procurement on build plans
- Manage production floor release and KPIs
- Mitigate long-lead material risks
- Create recovery schedules and ECO support
- Develop scalable planning processes for growth
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years in materials planning, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience with aerospace/defense or high tech manufacturing
- Strong MRP/ERP knowledge and planning methods
- Experience with NPI material readiness
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
