📋 Description

• Lead Clearwater’s CMMC consulting practice for DoD/DIB clients
• Oversee strategy, delivery excellence, and team leadership
• Drive business growth, client outcomes, and retention
• Align practice with CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171/800-172
• Partner with sales/marketing on GTM and thought leadership
• Scale high-quality, repeatable delivery and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years cybersecurity consulting with 3–5+ years in leadership
• Experience with CMMC and DoD compliance; C3PAOs preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Certifications: CISSP/CISA/CISM; CMMC certs (LCCA/CCA) preferred
• Deep expertise in CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171/800-172
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex engagements
