📋 Description

• Lead a team integrating, validating, and scaling the Hivemind autonomy platform across simulation
• Serve as technical leader and people manager, guiding engineers in integration and test
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Program teams to integrate new autonomy capabilities.
• Develop deep expertise in the Hivemind SDK and drive platform improvements from a customer
• Ensure developers can efficiently build, test, and deploy mission-ready autonomous systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 7+ years of related experience with relevant degrees, or 6 years with a Master
• Proficiency in Python or C++.
• Experience with autonomous systems or middleware.
• Experience designing integration workflows and triaging defects across subsystem boundaries.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience leading software integration engineers and owning integration roadmaps.
