📋 Description

• Own design and development of high‑performance structural systems for autonomous aircraft.
• Lead design lifecycle from concept to production‑ready hardware.
• Collaborate across aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, and manufacturing.
• Develop design documentation and verification plans per MIL‑STD/FAA standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross‑functional reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years in aircraft structural design with ownership of components/systems.
• Deep understanding of composite and metallic structures.
• CAD tools: NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks; FEA: ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN.
• Experience with stress, fatigue analysis, and design optimization.
• DFMA, GD&T, tolerance stackups, and structural layout knowledge.
