Mid-Level Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage daily activities of IT configuration and operation
• Offer Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution
• Support day-to-day operations for client/server/storage/network devices
• Configure Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems

🎯 Requirements

• TS/SCI with polygraphs security clearance is required
• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years or no degree + 10 years experience
• 5 years SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
• Ability to troubleshoot IT systems and optimize operations
