📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the VBAT aircraft’s RF systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and software teams.
• Responsible for RF design, integration, testing, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent RF systems experience
• Experience on cross-functional teams with EE, ME, SW, manufacturing, production
• Experience mentoring/guiding other engineers
• Experience leading design work at unit and system levels
• Proven ability to quantify and improve RF sensitivity and ship products in fast-paced environments
