• Act as enterprise authority for fleet allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, OR related field
• 12+ years in aerospace/defense/aviation ops or ER allocation
• Experience making high-impact operational decisions with financial impact
• Deep knowledge of aircraft operations and mission planning
• Ability to balance enterprise priorities in high-tempo envs
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership and program managers
