📋 Description

• Lead simulation-driven testing, automation, and software quality for Hivemind
• Build test frameworks for autonomous software in simulated and real environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fixes and improvements
• Develop regression, integration, and system-level tests across releases
• Create test plans and documentation for autonomy software
• Support scaling and reliability of simulation infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience with a Bachelor’s or 4+ years with PhD; or equivalent
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in robotics or small UAS hands-on projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration across software/hardware teams
• Willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced env
