🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with engineering/technical teams
• Proven track record partnering with senior engineering leaders in scaling orgs
• Experience in global HR with COEs and Shared Services
• Strong understanding of tech talent markets, job architecture, and leveling
• Experience using HCM systems and people analytics
