📋 Description

• Lead supplier transformation and process excellence
• Define supplier dev strategy across key commodities
• Establish supplier audit frameworks and roadmaps
• Partner with execs to prioritize supplier investments
• Own supplier quality strategy and governance
• Lead root cause investigations for supplier issues

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in mechanical hardware manufacturing or supplier leadership
• Leadership of supplier development or manufacturing teams
• Expertise in composites, injection molding, or precision fabrication
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings, GD&T
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~50%)
