📋 Description

• Execute and coordinate domestic and international shipping, receiving, inventory control, export
• Serve as a subject matter expert for global logistics operations ensuring timely, compliant
• Coordinate import/export activities with freight forwarders, customs brokers, government agencies
• Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, EEI/AES filings, export licenses, carnets
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, DG regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Support customer deliveries, field deployments, demonstrations, sustainment activities, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in shipping, receiving, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or international
• Experience with international shipments and customs processes.
• Knowledge of export control regulations (ITAR, EAR).
• Experience with freight carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
• ERP and inventory management familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
