Staff Advance Industrial Engineer (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Lead factory layout development, production line design, and manufacturing system optimization.
• Plan and execute greenfield manufacturing facilities, including master planning and capacity
• Develop concepts from initial factory planning through production launch with scalable, efficient
• Design material flow, storage, replenishment, and warehouse logistics.
• Create 2D layouts and 3D models of facilities, equipment, and safety zones.
• Conduct capacity planning, takt time analysis, labor planning, and bottleneck analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering, factory design, or greenfield facility development.
• Experience designing factory layouts and scalable manufacturing systems for complex products.
• Strong understanding of machining, composites, electrical/pneumatic assemblies, and final
