📋 Description

• Lead final system integration and production readiness for aerospace/defense platforms
• Integrate electrical, mechanical, propulsion, and mission systems into vehicles
• Drive DFM/DFA, manufacturability, reliability, and producibility improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years manufacturing engineering or systems integration
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• Prototype manufacturing experience in startup/rapid-growth enviro
• Experience with electrical/mechanical integration, production ops, process development
• DFM/DFA knowledge, root-cause analysis, corrective actions
• Strong project management and CAD proficiency
