📋 Description

• Develop automated regression, integration, and system-level tests
• Identify, reproduce, and diagnose software issues
• Create and execute test plans for autonomy software
• Design and maintain simulation-based test frameworks
• Build Python tools to automate testing and data analysis
• Develop test harnesses for SIL/HIL/VIL and simulation envs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s plus 2+ years experience or Master’s/PhD with appropriate experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in robotics, small UAS, or related hands-on engineering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills
• Passionate about intelligent aircraft systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration across software, hardware, and mechanical teams
