Revenue Enablement Program Manager

📋 Description

• Design and own enablement systems and programs across GTM teams
• Partner with RevOps, PMM, and Marketing to shape content and workflows
• Own onboarding, ramp, and program effectiveness with data-driven iteration
• Hybrid/workplace with NYC or SF offices; remote candidates welcome with strong experience
• Build scalable knowledge and automation to improve field productivity
• Balance systems thinking with change management to drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years building systems or workflows that improve team effectiveness
• Experience designing AI-driven workflows and self-service enablement
• Comfort across GTM tech stack: CRM, Gong, Notion, AI tools
• Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Proven ability to ship end-to-end solutions with minimal oversight
• Experience partnering with customers on workflow or process design is a plus
