Staff Engineer, Quality (R4744)

📋 Description

• Lead quality initiatives across the product lifecycle for autonomous aircraft.
• Drive improvements from design and NPI through full-rate production.
• Develop and maintain robust quality systems aligned with AS9100.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to identify risks and improve process
• Establish control plans, inspection strategies, and data-driven manufacturing monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering
• Experience leading root cause analysis and CAPA/RCA
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and AS9100 or similar
• Experience with NPI and scaling production in manufacturing
• Proficiency in SPC and process capability analysis
