Staff Engineer, Operations Analysis (R4757)

📋 Description

• Perform analysis at component, system, mission, and campaign levels to evaluate aircraft
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and defense stakeholders to assess performance and inform
• Contribute to modeling, simulation, and wargaming analyses in contested environments.
• Build and maintain mission-level models using M&S tools (AFSIM, STK, MATLAB, Python).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
• 7+ years in operational analysis, modeling & simulation, OR, or related defense/aerospace roles.
• Active Secret clearance minimum; Top-Secret preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance.
• Experience with force-on-force analysis, CONOPS, and military campaign modeling (preferred).
