Staff Engineer, Guidance & Controls (R4763)

📋 Description

• Create and maintain control and autonomy algorithms within the VBAT codebase.
• Full lifecycle development: algorithm development, software design, coding, tests, flight software
• Update and validate simulation models as required.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor's, or 2 years with a Master’s, or a PhD.
• Proven track record shipping products and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for user-centric software solutions.
• Experience with control systems, unmanned aerial systems and/or robotics; outer loop path
• Strong collaboration and adaptation to a hierarchical development environment.
