📋 Description

• Senior staff role in development of structural components for autonomous aircraft
• Own design and development from concepts to production-ready hardware
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrity, manufacturability, and mission-readiness
• Lead design reviews and cross-functional engineering decisions
• Mentor junior engineers and transition designs to production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related
• 10+ years in aircraft structural design with component ownership
• Deep understanding of composite and metallic structures
• CAD (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA (ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN)
• DFMA, GD&T, tolerance stackups, and structural layout knowledge
