• Own End-to-End Program Delivery across cross-functional teams

• 5+ years delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
• Strong partnerships with Product Management and Engineering leadership
• Clear understanding of how product delivery connects to customer value
• Comfortable challenging "done" until outcome lands; bias for action
• Strong command of agile and hybrid delivery models
