Senior Software Engineer, Perception (R5420)

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy advanced ML models for perception in autonomous systems
• Own features from model development to deployment in production
• Collaborate with ML researchers, perception engineers, autonomy engineers, and platform teams
• Build data pipelines, SFT workflows, evaluation frameworks, and deployment infra
• Balance model performance, robustness, efficiency, and reliability for mission-ready perception
• Translate research into production-ready capabilities for real-world environments

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5+ years experience with degree OR 4 years + Master OR 2 years + PhD
• Strong ML fundamentals
• Experience training and deploying ML models for computer vision in production
• 3D vision understanding
• Proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience deploying models with TensorRT and ONNX
