📋 Description
- Lead autonomy engineers for Hivemind on V-BAT and X-BAT
- Grow the team: hire, mentor, and develop engineers
- Partner with aircraft teams for flight-autonomy integration
- Develop & field autonomy software for UAV platforms
- Oversee design, validation, and delivery of major capability
- Travel 20-30% for field events and customer support
🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS in CS, EE, ME, AE or equivalent
- 7+ yrs with Bachelor's; or 5+ yrs with MS; or 4+ yrs with PhD
- 2+ yrs people-management experience
- Experience building/growing engineering teams
- Mentoring and career growth for engineers
- Experience leading a capability from design to field
