📋 Description

• Lead AI-enabled manufacturing initiatives across MES, ERP, and shop floor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Eng, CS, Automation, or related field.
• 8+ years in digital manufacturing, industrial automation or Industry 4.0.
• Experience implementing MES, QMS, maintenance analytics, or automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, controls, and data systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment.
