📋 Description
- Lead manufacturing engineering for propulsion/fluid systems
- Develop and optimize processes, tooling, and work instructions
- Support engine integration, fuel/oil systems, pumps, and propulsion hardware
- Improve manufacturability, reliability, testability, producibility
- Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Mentor junior manufacturing engineers
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering for propulsion/fluids
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing
- Experience in prototype manufacturing in startup/rapid-growth
- Engine assembly/integration, fuel/oil systems, fluid handling
- DFM/ DFA, production scaling, root cause analysis
- CAD proficiency; AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge
