🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in aviation sustainment or related aerospace fields.
• 5+ years leading technical/engineering teams.
• Proven ability to establish or scale a technical organization.
• Experience with fielded aircraft/UAS/defense systems.
• Strong understanding of fleet sustainment, reliability, and lifecycle support.
• Experience leading cross-functional issue resolution across orgs.
