Order Management and Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Sales Support, Legal, and Revenue to support the deal process.
• Process new deals through CPQ, ensuring all orders comply with Sitecore booking guidelines.
• After order completion, ensure licence-key delivery and SaaS activation; review processed orders
• Maintain reliable billing processes and controls to support timely invoicing.
• Ensure SLAs are met for order processing and billing; resolve queries promptly.
• Support UAT for internal product and platform rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in order management, sales operations, or similar billing/order processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
• Business-level written/spoken proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Knowledge of Japan’s Qualified Invoice System and Japanese Consumption Tax.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Excellent time-management and ability to handle urgent tasks under time constraints.
