📋 Description

• Build and lead the team responsible for mechanical design, thermal, and harnessing in X-BAT
• Establish technical vision, hire engineers, and partner with other team leads to execute
• Carry designs from concept through manufacturing with extreme ownership
• Collaborate with electrical, RF, PCB, reliability, supply chain, structures, and manufacturing to
• Develop electro-mechanical solutions for flight-critical avionics in harsh environments

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
• 10+ years in mechanical design around electronics and electrical systems
• Strong CAD experience: NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar
• Experience with avionics packaging and collaboration with electrical engineers
• FEA and thermal analysis; fatigue/lifecycle testing
• Experience with fabrication shops, contract manufacturers, and suppliers
