Engineer II, Mechanical (R4886)

📋 Description

• Directly design, analyze, and integrate mechanical systems for V-BAT aircraft.
• Own deliverables from concept through test, production, and field support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Flight Ops.
• Support ground/flight testing and rapid design fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years hands-on mechanical design in aerospace or ruggedized systems.
• 3D CAD: SolidWorks, NX, CATIA; create drawings and GD&T documentation.
• Strong structural design, materials, and manufacturing know-how.
• Engineering calculations: stress, thermal, tolerance, fatigue, FEA as applicable.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, PM.
