Director, Test Engineering - ACP Programs (R5044)

📋 Description

• Act as Test Director for integration and flight test of Hivemind autonomy on ACP systems
• Own test strategy across full lifecycle: SIL, HIL, simulation, ground & flight
• Plan large-scale flight test campaigns with multi-vehicle scenarios
• Serve as final authority during mission autonomy test ops and approve test plans
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across software, hardware, systems, safety
• Define mission-level metrics with traceability from requirements to results

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 15+ years experience with BS or 14+ with MS; 12+ with PhD
• Experience leading flight test or large-scale system integration
• Strong aviation test background: aircraft integration, ground test, flight ops
• System-level verification & validation across SIL, HIL, sim, and flight
• Proven ability to plan/manage complex, multi-phase campaigns
• Cross-functional collaboration across software, hardware, avionics & safety
