Systems Administrator (R5064)

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on desktop, server, and systems admin support for Windows and Linux.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across devices.
• Administer user accounts with AD and Azure AD.
• Manage IT assets lifecycle: procure, deploy, support, and decommission.
• Ensure inventory control, licensing compliance, asset tracking.
• Generate reports on usage, compliance, and depreciation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in systems administration or desktop support.
• Strong Windows and Linux proficiency.
• Experience with AD, Azure AD, IAM tools.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with IT asset management tools (SNIPE, JSM, JIRA).
• On-call availability and after-hours maintenance.
