📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end post-production for high-volume short-form and long-form video content.
• Collaborate with BD, marketing leadership, and production teams to shape narratives across channels.
• Manage media ingest, organization, editing, color, sound design, and final delivery.
• Optimize content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios; ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain organized project files for scalable collaboration.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and tight turnaround timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years in video editing/post-production with a strong reel.
• Proven ability to craft narratives from raw footage (interviews, b‑roll, cinematic material).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of media organization, color, sound design, and delivery specs.
• Excellent organization and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
