Staff Engineer, Software Autonomy Applications (R4987)

📋 Description

• Deploy Shield AI’s Hivemind software on-site with customers (approximately 50% travel).
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and integrate autonomy modules.
• Work with engineering teams to test new autonomy capabilities.
• Provide technical support and training on Hivemind for customers.
• Develop AI and autonomy applications using Shield AI SDK.
• Assist sales with demos, conferences, and immersions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS or related field with 7+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Proficiency in writing modern C++ code.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
