📋 Description

• Lead avionics hardware and electrical systems work for flight-critical aircraft.
• Supervise technicians across integration, testing, production, and field support.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, quality, and supply chain to ensure safe, effective builds.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on avionics/electrical experience.
• 2+ years supervising skilled technicians.
• Ability to read harness, PCBA schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, tests.
• Experience with avionics test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Proven leadership, training, and operational planning skills.
