📋 Description

• Drive execution discipline across V-BAT sustainment activities
• Own operating rhythm, escalations, and cross-functional execution
• Coordinate with Fleet Support, Sustainment Eng, Product Eng, Quality, Mfg, SC, CS, Ops

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical PM, engineering ops, sustainment, or related areas
• Cross-functional experience across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain
• Experience with corrective actions, config changes, obsolescence actions, service actions
• Strong technical fluency with hardware products and config management
• Trackers, escalation, risk registers, decision logs, leadership reporting
• Clear communication with engineers, operators, leaders
